Moving Forward Into A New Decade
What started as a brick and mortar furniture business in 1969 has become one of the top online resources for premium ready to assemble and pre-assembled cabinetry at factory direct prices. While a lot has changed over the years, we’re still that same family-run business who takes pride in helping our customers bring their dream rooms to life.
Like the end results of any successful home renovation project plan, even a series of little changes and tweaks can make a big difference. Adding to our inventory of quality cabinets for the home was our first step into the new decade, but we didn’t stop there. We decided it was also time for a fresh new look for our logo and website.
Remodeling Our Logo
Our cabinetry is the secret behind makeover shows like DIY Network’s “Kitchen Crashers” and “The Vanilla Ice Project,” where producers need to create quality kitchens fast and on a tight budget. We’ve made quite a good name for ourselves with both pros and homeowners, but knowing there were other ready to assemble cabinet stores out there that failed to offer the same quality products and services we offer became a concern.
We decided it was time for a clearly recognizable, streamlined logo that would help customers find us fast and without any confusion. Like a modern kitchen design, our new logo is clean and timeless, and can easily go from box to horizontal format while maintaining a signature style. It features a contemporary combination of fonts for easy readability, and a monochromatic update of our color scheme for a more current look.
Creating A Custom Color Palette
Like our new custom color kitchen cabinet finishes, the updated color palette for our rebranding features multiple hues that better suit a clean and contemporary design. The palette consists of two tone pairings of medium and light cyan blue, warm pink and burgundy, and a rich charcoal grey. These colors carry over to our website, with the same eye-catching shades of blue and grey, plus burgundy accents that pop on a crisp white background.
