1.) Our Story
In April of 2009 Tyler Ackerman and his sister Samantha launched TheRTAStore in Hopewell Junction, NY with the premise of providing quality Ready to Assemble Kitchen Cabinets, free design, and super-personal service to customers.
Five years later, the RTAstore’s main offices are still located in in Hopewell Junction, NY, but we have grown to 6 additional locations all around the country and employ a phenomenal staff of 20 people.
2.) Our Leadership
Tyler Ackerman, Founder and CEO, resides in the greater New York area with his wife Kara and their three furry, four-legged friends (two rescue dogs and one rescue cat). Tyler and his sister Samantha, President, lead the team at the TheRTAStore. For Tyler and Samantha, family and business go hand-in-hand. In addition to the brother and sister team, Tyler’s wife Kara, a kitchen designer, Tyler’s two other sisters, one brother, and both parents also work in the business.

As a company, TheRTAStore is built on the principles of trust, value, and hard work. Our staff enjoys what we do and we think we do it well, so we put everything into serving our customers. We believe that we are different from other businesses, because we truly try to get to know each of our customers and their needs.

While we are best known for our Ready to Assemble Kitchen Cabinets, we also sell Ready to Assemble and Pre-Assembled Bathroom Vanities, Kitchen Sinks, and Inside Cabinet Accessories. Our inside cabinet accessories are the small touches that help to keep you organized while using your kitchen. We have Drawer, Filler and Pull-Out Accessories, Lazy Suzans, Wall Cabinet, Sink, Door, and Waste Basket Accessories.

5.) Convenient Order and Fulfillment
TheRTAStore has offices located in Oregon, New York, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, California, New Jersey, and Tennessee. Your orders are placed through our office that is closest to our manufacturers’ warehouses, then shipped directly to you. We ship all orders out in a 2-12 business day time frame.
