Thankfully, you can DIY your own disinfecting wipes at home using paper towels or reusable cloths from your kitchen pantry cabinet, and either rubbing alcohol or bleach, two common household cleaners found in your laundry room and bathroom cabinets. All-Purpose Spray Cleaner
The CDC recommends cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces daily in the home, which means you are probably going through all-purpose spray cleaner fairly quickly. So is everyone else, which is why spray cleaners, like disinfecting wipes, are in short-supply. While a solution of diluted bleach in a spray bottle will work (the CDC suggests 1/3rd cup of bleach per gallon of room temperature water), other options include hydrogen peroxide or good old soap and water, according to the Mayo Clinic.
